Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PostWeb collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD.
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide to us and data generated by your use of the service:
- Account data: name, email and password (stored encrypted);
- Usage data: blogs, posts and other content you create;
- Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details;
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.
2. How we use data
We use data to operate and improve the platform, authenticate your access, process payments, provide support, send relevant communications and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
We process your data based on the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where applicable, your consent — for example, for analytics and marketing cookies.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service, such as:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Artificial intelligence providers — for the AI features;
- Google — metrics and advertising, when you consent to the corresponding cookies.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. For details on which cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit and access control. No system is entirely free of risk, but we work continuously to reduce it.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. When you close your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where legal retention applies.
8. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may confirm whether processing exists, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email listed at the end of this policy.
9. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. In such cases, we adopt appropriate safeguards to ensure a level of protection consistent with applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of this page.
