Terms of Service

By accessing or using PostWeb, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PostWeb is a multi-blog SaaS platform that lets you create, manage and publish blogs on your own domain or subdomain, including a content editor, artificial intelligence features, newsletters and analytics tools.

To use most features you must create an account with true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

We offer a free plan and paid plans with different limits and features. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; paid access remains active until the end of the period already paid for and, unless required by law, there is no pro-rated refund.

You retain all rights to the content you publish. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to it.

You agree not to use PostWeb to:

• publish illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party or intellectual property rights;
• distribute malware or spam, or engage in fraudulent activity;
• attempt to access systems without authorization, overload the infrastructure or circumvent plan limits;
• use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

The platform, its brand, code and visual elements belong to PostWeb and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights over the platform's intellectual property beyond the permitted use.

PostWeb offers AI features that rely on third-party providers. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by you before publishing. Use of these features may be subject to credit limits according to your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. After termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostWeb is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Where consumer protection law applies, the courts of the user's domicile shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
